This place is near this main job storyline and I received the call from Wakako Okada about this sweet ride after finishing the job involving the Voodoo Boys.
After going through the main storyline for Evelyn Parker, you will eventually reach this point where you need to meet up with the Voodoo Boys. This is also near the area where you will be purchasing the Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X.
You will need to finish this main job storyline up until you go through Johnny Silverhand’s flashback again. This also includes the “I Walk The Line” main job where you will encounter a hard foe, Matilda K. Rose.
When you reach the point where you need to go back to Takemura, this is where you may get the call from a fixer who is selling the Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X assuming, of course, you have all the other pre-requisites.

This should be no problem if you are already doing events, gigs, and side jobs consistently. Even just finishing a few will get you to this level as the main job storyline will give you street cred as well.

After buying the Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X, you will now have access to it through your “Call Vehicle” hotkey. Riding bikes is exciting especially when you can bring them to the streets like a maniac. Just be careful running people over as you might get a bounty on you from the NCPD.
