But another way to give yourself a reason to boast to your friends about how you’ve got a superior gaming ability to them in Madden NFL 24 outside of simply beating them in a head to head game is to completely fill up all the space in your virtual trophy case by earning all the trophies that are available for you to obtain in Madden 24.
That’s why in today’s article we’ll go over a full guide for Madden 24’s trophies with how to earn each of them as well as any small tips and tricks that can help to make your quest for virtual hardware a quicker and more convenient experience in order to give you the ability to 100% the game’s achievements.
Establishing the Format
In order to make your experience as a reader as efficient as possible, it’s important that we first lay out how this guide will be structured in order to allow you to find the details on the specific trophy you need information for as quickly as possible.
Madden 24 has three different tiers of trophies, with those tiers being silver, gold, and platinum. Oddly, Madden 24 does not have any trophies that are categorized as bronze, with the trophies that have been in the bronze tier in past games being upgraded to being in the sliver tier for Madden 24.
Due to this, in today’s guide the trophies being discussed will be split up into those three trophy tiers of silver, gold, and platinum.
Each trophy will also have three relevant pieces of information listed with them: the name of the trophy in order to help you quickly find the correct trophy, the game provided description to help you understand what each trophy is actually awarded for, and a “tips and tricks” section with any tips or tricks that we’ve found in order to help you streamline your quest for a full trophy case.

Draft a Rookie with a Hidden Dev Trait
Tips and Tricks:
Finding rookies with a hidden dev trait can often be difficult, as there’s no guaranteed tell as to which players will have one. However, when playing through the game’s Franchise Mode, be sure to keep an eye on the in game news stories, particularly those related to the draft. This is because any draft prospects who are involved in draft related stories (even the negative ones) have a higher chance of having a hidden dev trait.
You can also use the game’s Franchise Draft feature to draft one of the rookies base roster that you know for fact to have a hidden dev trait such as Bijan Robinson or Bryce Young, or you can instead simply edit a draft class to ensure you’ll be able to draft a player with a hidden dev trait.
Future of the Franchise
Description:
Reveal a rookie’s X-Factor potential
Tips and Tricks:
Finding rookies with a hidden dev trait can often be difficult (even more so for an X Factor dev trait), as there’s no guaranteed tell as to which players will have one. However, when playing through the game’s Franchise Mode, be sure to keep an eye on the in game news stories, particularly those related to the draft. This is because any draft prospects who are involved in draft related stories (even the negative ones) have a higher chance of having a hidden dev trait.
Even with this extra knowledge, drafting a player with an X Factor dev trait may still prove to be extremely difficult thanks to it being the rarest dev trait in the game. If that’s the case, you have the ability to simply edit an incoming draft class and ensure that you’ll be able to draft an X Factor player.
If you’d rather earn this trophy via a method that feels less illegitimate, you can also edit a hidden dev rookie that actually has star dev or superstar dev and switch them over to an X Factor dev trait right before that player is about to hit the 500 required snaps to reveal their true dev trait, and then edit them back to their original dev trait after the reveal happens and you’ve earned the trophy.
Head to Head
Description:
Win a Head to Head game in an online league
Tips and Tricks:
The simplest and quickest way to earn this trophy is to create a new online Franchise Mode league with a friend who is also trying to earn the trophy with the sole purpose of gaining the achievement.
To do this, you can simply create a new online league and make sure that you and your friend both choose to play as teams that are in the same division, as those two teams will play each other twice across the course of one season.
For the first game, you can enter the head to head game and ensure that you win, earning the trophy in the process. Then you can simulate to the second game, where you can ensure your friend wins so they can bring home the trophy as well.
Roster Reshuffle
Description:
Complete a fantasy draft
Tips and Tricks:
The “Roster Reshuffle” trophy might be the simplest available trophy to earn in Madden 24. This is because the only thing you have to do is reach the end of a the game’s fantasy draft option.
The quickest way to earn this trophy is to start a new Franchise Mode league from the fantasy draft starting point, before starting the fantasy draft itself. From there, if you want to earn the trophy as quickly as possible all you have to do is simulate to the end of the draft. This is because the game doesn’t even require that you truly make selections within the fantasy draft, just that you complete one.
Change of Scenery
Description:
Relocate a team
Tips and Tricks:
The quickest way to earn the “Change of Scenery” trophy in Madden 24 is to create a new Franchise Mode league with the sole intention of relocating a team and earning yourself a trophy. This way you can still earn the trophy without having to make major changes to any of your pre existing Franchise Mode leagues.
After you go through the entire process of relocating a team and choosing their new team name, team logo, uniform, and stadium you need to make sure that you simulate to the first offseason following your selections to ensure the relocation fully goes through and you earn the trophy.

Lockdown Corner
Description:
Win 3 presses in a single game with the same CB
Tips and Tricks:
The quickest way to earn the “Lockdown Corner” trophy in Madden 24 is to play as a CB that has a very high “press” rating (ideally 95 or higher), as this will make that CB perform better when performing press coverage on a WR.
You can do this with either one of the high press coverage rated cornerbacks already in the game, or you can even create a new CB from scratch to help you earn this trophy.
If you’d prefer to earn this trophy within the game’s Franchise Mode, you can also temporarily edit one of your CBs to have an extremely high press rating for one game and then edit it back to normal after earning the trophy.
It’s also ideal to call a lot of plays with press coverage in order to earn the trophy, as it’ll be pretty hard to win press coverage three times if you’re playing off in zone coverage.
Throwin’ Dots
Description:
Throw a Passing TD using the low throw mechanic
Tips and Tricks:
The quickest way to earn the “Throwin’ Dots” trophy in Madden 24 is to play as a QB that has a very high “short accuracy” rating (ideally 95 or higher), as this will make that QB perform better when performing the kinds of throws that are easiest to complete a low throw TD on.
You can do this with either one of the high short accuracy rated quarterbacks already in the game, or you can even create a new QB from scratch to help you earn this trophy.
If you’d prefer to earn this trophy within the game’s Franchise Mode, you can also temporarily edit your starting QB to have an extremely high short accuracy rating for one game and then edit it back to normal after earning the trophy.
In order to be able to call a play that allows you to earn this trophy, it’s best attempted from very close to the end zone, ideally within the three yard line. This is because the easiest route to complete a low throw TD on is either a short out or a short TE option route like is found within the “Stick” play design.
Due to these routes targeted by a low throw not often gaining more than a few yards, it’s best to attempt them when you’re already very close to the goal line. Once your TE has gotten open, you need to press and hold L2 (or LT) as you throw the pass to perform a low throw.
Gold Trophies
ROTY
Description:
Win Rookie of the Year with one of your players
Tips and Tricks:
To earn the “ROTY” trophy in Madden 24, you must win the Rookie of the Year award with a player that is currently on your roster.
Players win the Rookie of the Year reward as a result of putting up great stats over the course of a season, which means that the simplest and most obvious way to win one of your players the Rookie of the Year award is to put a high rated rookie player in position to succeed. For example, if you have a highly rated rookie QB you can help increase their chances of winning the Rookie of the Year award by giving them great WRs to throw to and a great offensive line to block for them.
You can also try to earn this trophy when simulating games. To attempt this, you’ll again need to surround your player with talent to help them succeed, but you should also use a playbook that’s known to create production for the position you’re trying to win Rookie of the Year with. For example, if you have a highly rated rookie QB you can help increase their chances of winning the Rookie of the Year award by using a playbook such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or Kansas City Chiefs offensive playbooks as they’re known to result in QBs throwing for a lot of passing yards and passing TDs.
You can also increase the chances of your player winning the Rookie of the Year award by playing each game and calling plays that will help them produce. Be careful with this strategy though, as any mistakes you make with this player (such as interceptions for a QB) will count against their case for winning the Rookie of the Year award.
MVP
Description:
Win MVP with one of your players
Tips and Tricks:
To earn the “MVP” trophy in Madden 24, you must win the Most Valuable Player award with a player that is currently on your roster. Your best bet for winning the Most Valuable Player award will be trying to win it with a QB, as QBs are heavily favored over other positions when determining who won the Most Valuable Player award.
Players win the Most Valuable Player reward as a result of putting up great stats over the course of a season, which means that the simplest and most obvious way to win one of your players the Most Valuable Player award is to put a highly rated QB in position to succeed. For example, if you have a highly rated QB you can help increase their chances of winning the Most Valuable Player award by giving them great WRs to throw to and a great offensive line to block for them.
You can also try to earn this trophy when simulating games. To attempt this, you’ll again need to surround your player with talent to help them succeed, but you should also use a playbook that’s known to create a lot of production for the QB. If your QB happens to be athletic, it can also help to occasionally call designed QB runs or scramble when no one gets open because good rushing numbers can help you beat out another QB with similar passing numbers to win the Most Valuable Player award.
Dealmaker
Description:
Re-Sign a 90+ OVR Player
Tips and Tricks:
The “Dealmaker” award in Madden 24 requires you to re-sign one of your players with an overall rating of 90 or higher.
To be able to re-sign a 90+ overall player you must first have one on the roster, so you can attempt to make a trade for a player with an overall in the 90s if you don’t already have one.
For the purposes of earning the trophy, the easiest way to re-sign a 90+ OVR player is to identify one who is interested in playing with your team due to factors such as liking your scheme or wanting to play with your Franchise QBs (you can view these factors from the re-signing negotiation screen.
Once you’ve found a player who has high interest in playing for your team, simply offering them the default offer should be enough to get them to re-sign.
If you have a 90+ OVR player you’d like to re-sign who doesn’t have interest in playing for your team, you can always simply offer them an extremely player friendly deal in order to ensure they re-sign with your team and you earn the trophy.
Big Spender
Description:
Win a free agent bidding war for a 90+ OVR player
Tips and Tricks:
Despite the trophy description’s wording, the game doesn’t actually require you to win a bidding wat, just that you successfully sign a free agent with an overall rating of 90 or higher in order to earn the trophy.
To sign a 90+ OVR free agent player, you must first advance your Franchise Mode league to the Free Agency portion of the offseason. Be sure not to advance any farther than the “Free Agency 1” stage, as there’s a high chance that any 90+ OVR free agents will have already been signed by the “Free Agency 2” stage and beyond.
For the purposes of earning the trophy, the easiest way to sign a 90+ OVR free agent player is to identify one who is interested in playing with your team due to factors such as liking your scheme or wanting to play with your Franchise QBs (you can view these factors from the free agency negotiation screen.
Once you’ve found a player who has high interest in playing for your team, simply offering them the default offer should be enough to get them to re-sign. If you have a 90+ OVR free agent player you’d like to sign who doesn’t have interest in playing for your team, you can always simply offer them an extremely player friendly deal in order to ensure they sign with your team and you earn the trophy.
If the player also has offers from other teams, you can compare your offer to theirs by looking at how many points each offer has earned. If your offer has more points than any other teams making offers you’ll have the best chance at successfully signing the free agent player and earning the trophy.
If you’d rather not deal with the hassle that comes with trying to win potential free agent battles, you can also earn this trophy though the fantasy draft. If you simply start a fantasy draft and draft a player with an overall rating of 90 or higher, the game will count that as you successfully signing them and award you the trophy.
Bragging Rights
Description:
Win the Super Bowl in an online league
Tips and Tricks:
The easiest way to earn the “Bragging Rights” trophy in Madden 24 actually doesn’t involve any other players at all. This is because this trophy doesn’t require you to beat any other players, but instead to simply win the Super Bowl in an online league.
Due to this, you’re able to create an online Franchise Mode league with you as the only participant and simply play as you normally would until you win a Super Bowl. If you’d like to speed up the process and earn the trophy even faster, you can simply edit your team to all have very high overalls and simulate your way to an easy Super Bowl trophy.
Unblockable
Description:
On 3 plays create a sack or tackle for loss after a pass rush move win, using a different rush move each time
Tips and Tricks:
The quickest way to earn the “Unblockable” trophy in Madden 24 is to play as an edge rusher that has very high ratings in both speed rushing moves as well as power rushing moves (ideally 90 or higher), as this will make that edge rusher perform better when performing pass rush moves against an offensive lineman
You can do this with either one of the high pass rush rated edge rushers already in the game, or you can even create a new edge rusher from scratch to help you earn this trophy.
If you’d prefer to earn this trophy within the game’s Franchise Mode, you can also temporarily edit one of your edge rushers to have high pass rushing ratings for one game and then edit them back to normal after earning the trophy.
It’s also ideal to use a player with both superstar abilities and zone abilities that boost their pass rush moves, as this will help you more consistently win with them in order to get the three sacks and/or tackles for loss required to earn the trophy.
Primetime
Description:
Gain Yards while using Celebration Loco over the course of a single game
Tips and Tricks:
This trophy has a slight typo in it’s in game description, as in reality it requires you to gain 50 collective yards while Celebration Loco is active.
You can trigger the Celebration Loco feature by simultaneously pressing L2, R2, and X (or LT, RT, and A) while controlling the ball carrier.
This will cause the player you’re controlling to begin celebrating as they run down the field. However, be sure to be careful when activating Celebration Loco, as getting hit by a defender while the feature is active makes you incredibly likely to fumble the football.
The simplest and quickest way to earn the “Primetime” trophy in Madden 24 is to start a Play Now game and play as a team with a great offense (such as the Kansas City Chiefs) and play against a team with a poor defense (such as the Arizona Cardinals) in order to increase your chances of explosive breakaway plays that allow you to trigger the Celebration Loco feature.
If you’re looking for an even faster way to earn the “Primetime” trophy, you can also start a Play Now game using two controllers to control both teams. For the offensive team you’ll want to pick a play like Four Verticals, while for the team on defense you’ll want to call FG Block. This will allow you to use the team on offense to complete a quick and easy pass before using Celebration Loco all the way down the field for a TD.
It’s worth noting that the “Primetime” trophy in Madden 24 does not require that you gain all 50 Celebration Loco yards on a single play, just that you accumulate at least 50 Celebration Loco yards over the course of a whole game.
Platinum Trophies
Madden NFL 24 Master
