If you’re someone who likes to try and 100% games, chances are that you’ve tried to complete a Pokedex before while playing a Pokemon game. For a completionist, this is one of the best parts about the franchise.
It can be somewhat of a daunting task to take on, though, especially if you don’t know where to start. To help you complete the Pokedex in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, I’ve put together this in-depth guide with every Pokemon in the game, listed in alphabetical order to make finding the one you want easier.
Here’s how to get every Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, with tips on how to find them, how to evolve certain Pokemon, and how to get legendaries and rare Pokemon. Some depend on which game you picked, so you will need to trade with a friend in a few cases.
A
Abomnasnow
Abomnasnow evolves from Snover at level 40 and can be found in the Glaseado Mountain area. It can also spawn in a 5 star Tera Raid.
Alomomola
Alomomola can be found in Area One and Area Three of the North Province, and in the North Paldean sea. This Pokemon lives in the water and you can find it in a four star Tera Raid.
Altaria
Swablu evolves into Altaria at level 35 and can be seen in a five star Tera Raid. Altaria can also be found nearby rivers and mountains, and can predominantly be found in The Greater Crater of Paldea.
Amoonguss
Amoonguss evolves from Foongus at level 39 and can be found in five and six star Tera Raids. You can find it in in the wild by the North of Casseroya Lake, and Area One and Two of the North Province in the rocky terrain.
Ampharos
Ampharos evolves from Flaafy at level 15 and can be found in a four star Tera Raid.
Ampharos prefers a mountain biome. It can be found in the wild in Areas Two, Four, Five, and Six of the South Province, Glaseado Mountain, Area One of both the East and West Province, and Area One of the Northern Province.
Annihilape
To get Annihilape, you’ll need to level a Primeape to 35 and use the move Rage Fist 20 times in battle. Then, the next level up will evolve your Primeape into an Annihilape.
Annihilape can spawn in a five and six star Tera Raid.
Applin
Applin can be found in Area One, Two, and Four of South Province, Tagtree Thicket, Area One and Two of North Province, Casseroya Lake, Area One and Two of East Province, and Area Three of West Province.
It is quite a rare spawn, preferring forest biomes, and you will need to know how to catch Pokemon in trees to get it. It can spawn in a one star Tera Raid.
Appletun
You’ll need to get an Applin to get Appletun. It evolves into Appletun when you give it a Sweet Apple, which can be bought from Delibird Presents after beating three Gyms.
Appletun can spawn in a five star Tera Raid.
Arboliva
Arboliva evolves from Dolliv at level 35 and can be seen in a five star Tera Raid.
Arcanine
Growlithe evolves into Arcane if you give it a Fire Stone. You can get a Fire Stone by finding it as a random gold item when exploring the world, or you can purchase it at Delbird Presents after beating 3 gym leaders.
Arcanines can be found in the wild in Area Two of the North Province, and can sometimes spawn in a five star Tera Raid.
Articbax
Frigibax evolves into Articbax at level 35. Artibax can also be found in a cave near Area Three of North Province and Casseroya Lake.
Armarouge
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet. To get Armarouge, you’ll need a Charcadet and an item called Auspicious Armor.
To get Auspicious Armor, you’ll need to go West of Levincia and visit a town called Zapapico. There is an NPC by the fountain wearing a red shirt and denim, who will ask if you want to trade. You’ll need to have 10 Bronzor Fragments in order to trade with this NPC, and you can get these by battling wild Bronzor around the map.
Using Auspicious Armor on Charcadet will instantly evolve it into Armarouge.
Armarouge can occassionally spawn in a five star or six star Tera Raid.
Arrokuda
This Pokemon spawns in oceans and rivers, and can be found across almost the entire map aside from the Northern areas. For the best chances, look in the South Paldean sea, South Province, Casseroya Lake, Tagtree Thicket, West Province, and East Province.
Arrokuda can spawn in a two star Tera Raid.
Avalugg
Bergmite evolves into Avalugg at level 37, and it can be found near Lake of Outrage during snowy weather. It can spawn in four, five, or six star Tera Raids.
Axew
Axew can be found in Area Five of South Province, Area One of North Province, Glaseado Mountain, and in some three star Tera Raids.
Azurill
Azurill can be found in lakes and rivers, and the best places to look are the South Province, the South Paldean sea, and some one star Tera Raids.
Azumarill
If you want to get Azumarill, you’ll need to level up your friendship with a Marill and then get it to level 18. You can also catch Azumarill in Ares Two and Three of West Province and Casseroya Lake.
It can spawn in a four star Tera Raid.
B
Banette
Banette evolves from Shuppet at level 37 and can spawn in a four star Tera Raid. It can be found in Area Six of South Province and Glaseado Mountain, in the town biome and only at night time.
Bagon
Bagon is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. Scarlet players will need to trade with a friend in order to get this Pokemon.
It can be found in Area Five of South Province and in a three star Tera Raid.
Barboach
Barboach spawns in lakes and is easiest to find in lakes in the Southern part of the map. It can spawn in one star Tera Raids.
Barraskewda
Barraskewda evolves from Arrokuda at level 26. It can be found in oceans and rivers all round the map, specifically in West Province, East Province, and the Paldean Sea.
It can spawn in a four star Tera Raid.
Basculin
Basculin spawns in ponds and rivers, specifically in South Province, East Province, West Province, and the South Paldean sea. It can spawn in a three star Tera Raid.
Baxcalibur
Baxcalibur evolves from Articbax at level 57 and can be seen in five and six star Tera Raids.
Beartic
Beartic evolves from Cubchoo at level 37 and can be found in Glaseado Mountain.There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid.
Bellibolt
Using a Thunder Stone on a Tadbulb will get you Bellibolt. It can also be found in the wild near Glaseado Mountain and Casseroya Lake in the river biome, but it’s quite rare.
Bellibolt can spawn in a four star Tera Raid.
Bergmite
Begmite prefers ocean and snow habitats, spawning in the North Paldean sea, near Casseroya lake, or in Glaseado Mountain. It can appear in a three star Tera Raid.
Bisharp
The best place to get a Bisharp is Area Two of the North Province, specifically in the bamboo thicket. Look for a Bisharp that is commanding a group of Pawniards, as this means the Bisharp will be holding a Leader’s Crest. This item is essential for getting Kingambit.
It can spawn in a four star Tera Raid.
Blissey
You’ll need to raise your friendship with a Chansey to evolve it into a Blissey.
Blissey can spawn in a five or six star Tera Raid, or be found as a rare spawn near flowers in the North Province or even in Glaseado Mountain.
Bombirdier
Bombirdier lives in the Western area of Paldea, and can be found in Area Six of South Province and Area Three of West Province. It’s a rare spawn and can be found in five or six star Tera Raids.
Bonsly
Bonsly can be found in Area Two and Four of South Province or near Los Platos, preferring to be near trees. It can spawn in a one star Tera Raid.
Bounsweet
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It can be found in trees in the South of the map.
Brambleghast
Brambleghast evolves after walking 1000 steps with a Bramblin using the Let’s Go feature. Once the step count has been reached, enter a battle and the evolution will occur right after.
It can be found in the wild in Area One of North Province, to the North of Casseroya Lake, or in five star Tera Raids.
Bramblin
Brmblin lives in East Province Area Three and the Asado Desert, and can spawn in a two star Tera Raid.
Braviary
Braviary evolves from Rufflet at level 54, can be found in West Province Area three, and can spawn in a five star Tera Raid.
Breloom
Breloom evolves from Shroomish at level 23, can be found in West Province Area Three, and can spawn in a five or six star Tera Raid.
Bronzor
Bronzor can be seen in Areas Two-Five of the South Province (most commonly in the ruins), Area Two of East Province and Area One and Two of West Province. It can spawn in a three star Tera Raid.
Bronzong
Bronzor evolves into Bronzong at level 33. It can be found in Glaseado Mountain or near any ruins in the game. It can also appear in a five star Tera Raid.
Brute Bonnet
Brute Bonnet is exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet. It’s an end-game Pokemon that can be found in the Greater Crater of Paldea, specifically near the second observatory.
Bruxish
Bruxish can be found in the south, West, or East Paldean sea, or in a three star Tera Raid.
Buizel
This Pokemon prefers oceans, rivers, and beaches, and it can be found almost anywhere in Paldea. In particular, look in the Paldean Sea, South Province, and South of Casseroya Lake.
Buizel can appear in a two star Tera Raid.
C
Cacnea
Cacnea lives in the Asado Desert and can appear in a two star Tera Raid.
Cacturne
Cacturne evolves from Cacnea at level 32 and can be found in the Asado Desert or a four star Tera Raid.
Carkol
Rolycoly evolves into Carkol at level 18. Carkol can also be found in Area Three of West Province or in a three star Tera Raid.
Camerupt
Camerupt spawns in Area Two of the North Province and sometimes in a five star Tera Raid.
Capsakid
Capsakid can be found in Area One of Western Province, Asado Desert, and in a two star Tera Raid.
Ceitan
Using an Ice Stone on Cetoddle makes it evolve into Ceitan. You can find an Ice Stone as a drop in Dalizpa Passage in Area Three of West Province. It’s a red item on top of the cliff near the Pokemon Center, and you’ll be able to get there by jumping with your mount.
It can also be found as a random item drop in Glaseado Mountain, or on the Auction House in Port Marinda. You’ll need to beat the Open Sky Titan before you can access the Auction House.
Ceitan can also be found in Area One and Three of North Province, Casseroya Lake, Glaseado Mountain, and five and six star Tera Raids.
Ceruledge
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. The process of getting Ceruledge is exactly the same as getting Armarouge, except you need to gather Sinistea Shards and get Malicious Armor from the NPC instead.
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid.
Cetoddle
Cetoddle spawns in Glaseado Mountain and Area One and Area Three of North Province. It can also appear in a three star Tera Raid.
Chansey
Chansey evolves from Happiny when you give Happiny an Oval Stone. It’s a rare spawn, but can be found by grass, flowers, or mountains in the Northern and Southwestern parts of the map.
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star Tera Raid.
Charcadet
This Pokemon has lots of spawn points, but is quite rare to come across. It can be found all across the East, South, and West parts of Paldea, favoring forest, cave, mountain, and rocky biomes.
There is a small chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star or three star Tera Raid.
Chewtle
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It prefers swamp, wetland, and river biomes, across the East, South, and West parts of Paldea. In particular, South Province is a great place to look.
Chien-Pao
Chien-Pao is one of the Ruinous Pokemon and it lives in the Yellow Shrine in Area One of Western Province.
To open up the Yellow Shrine, you’ll need to pull 8 yellow Ominous Stakes up from around the map.
Chi-Yu
Chi-Yu is another one of the Ruinous Pokemon that you’ll need to open a shrine for. It lives behind the Blue Shrine in Area Two of North Province.
To open the Blue Shrine, you will need to find 8 blue Ominous Stake around Paldea and pull them up.
Clauncher
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. It lives in the ocean all around Paldea and can spawn in a two star Tera Raid.
Clawitzer
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. It evolves from Clauncher at level 37, and lives in the ocean all around the map.
There is a chance of this Pokemon appearing in a five star and six star Tera Raid.
Clodsire
Wooper evolves into Clodsire at level 20. You can find it in ponds and wetlands in Areas One, Four, and Six of South Province, Glaseado Mountain, Area Three of West Province, Tagtree Thicket, Area Three of East Province, and Area One of North Mountain.
Clodsire can appear in a four star and six star Tera Raid.
Cloyster
Cloyster can be found in the oceans around Paldea, and it can also show up in a four star or five star Tera Raid.
Cloyster evolves from Shellder when you use a Water Stone.
Crocalor
Fuecoco evolves into Crocalor at level 16. If you did not pick Fuecoco as your starter, you can get Crocalor by trading with another person.
Coalossal
Coalossal evolves from Carkol at level 34, and it can sometimes be found in a five star Tera Raid.
Combee
Combee can spawn in a one star Tera Raid. It can be found in the South and Southwest parts of Paldea, opting to live near flowers.
Copperajah
Cufant evolves into Copperajah at level 34. It can be found in Glaseado Mountain, Casseroya Lake, and the Southwestern areas of Paldea. It can also spawn in a five star Tera Raid.
Corvisquire
Corvisquire evolves from Rookidee at level 18. It can be found in the Eastern parts of Paldea, and can also show up in a three star Tera Raid.
Corviknight
Corviknight evolves from Corvisquire at level 38. It can spawn in a five star or six star Tera Raid.
Crabrawler
Crabrawler can be found on beaches all over Paldea and in Glaseado Mountain, and can also turn up in a one star Tera Raid.
Crabomniable
Using an Ice Stone on Crabrawler will get you a Crabomniable. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It can also be found in Glaseado Mountain, too.
Croagunk
There is a chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid. Croagunk can spawn in Area Five of South Province, Area Two of West Province, and Casseroya Lake.
Cryogonal
Cryogonal spawns in the snow on Glaseado Mountain, and is somewhat of a rare spawn. It can also show up in a four star Tera Raid.
Cubchoo
Cubchoo can be found in Areas One and Three of North Province, Glaseado Mountain, and in a three star Tera Raid.
Cufant
Cufant can be found in the mine in Area Three of East Province, and it can show up in a two star Tera Raid.
Cyclizar
There is a chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star and six star Tera Raid. It can be found in Area Two of West and East Paldea.
D
Dachsbun
Fidough evolves into Dachsbun at level 26. It can be found near towns and cities in the North, Northeast, and Southwest of Paldea, and can spawn in a four star and six star Tera Raid too.
Dedenne
Dedenne spawns near cities and towns in both the North and West areas of Paldea. There is a chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three or four star Tera Raid.
Deerling
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It spawns on Glaseado Mountain and to the North of Paldea.
Deino
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet. It can spawn in Area Six of South Province, Areas One to Three of East Province, Glaseado Mountain, and North Province Areas One to Three. It can be found in caves.
It can spawn in a three star Tera Raid.
Delibird
Delibird can be found in Glaseado Mountain, Areas One and Three of North Province, and a five star Tera Raid.
Diglett
Diglett can be found in mine, cave, and olive biomes in the East, South, and West of Paldea. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid.
Ditto
It’s somewhat tricky to spot a Ditto in the wild as they imitate other Pokemon until the first round of a battle is over. Look in West Province Areas Two and Three, specifically around the towns and cities as this is Ditto’s preferred biome.
There is the chance of Ditto spawning in a three star, four star, or six star Tera Raid.
Dolliv
Smoliv evolves into Dolliv at level 25. It can be found near flowers in Glaseado Mountain, Area Six of South Province, and Tagtree Thicket. It can turn up in a three star Tera Raid.
Donphan
Phanpy evolves into Donphan at level 25. It can spawn in a four star Tera Raid, and can be found in the West and Southwest areas of Paldea.
Dondozo
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid. It lives at Casseroya Lake.
Dragalge
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid. It can be found in the North Paldean sea and evolves from Skrelp at level 48.
Drakloak
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It evolves from Dreepy at level 50 and can be found near Casseroya lake, North Province, or Glaseado Mountain.
Dragapult
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid. It evolves from Drakloak at level 60.
Dragonair
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It can be found at Casseroya Lake, and evolves from Dratini at level 30.
Dragonite
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid. It evolves from Dragonair at level 55.
Dratini
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star Tera Raid. It can be found at Casseroya Lake, South Province Area Six, and North Province Area One and Two.
Dreadnaw
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It evolves from Chewtle at level 22. Dreadnaw can be found near lakes in the East and South of the map, and near Casseroya Lake.
Dreepy
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star Tera Raid. It can be found in water and wetland biomes all over the map, specifically in the North, East, and South areas.
Drifblim
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star or five star Tera Raid. It evolves from Drifloon at level 26, and can be found near Casseroya Lake, Glaseado Mountain, Tagtree Thicket and Area Six of South Province at night.
Drifloon
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid. It prefers mountain and town biomes, and can be found at night in the East, South, and West areas of the map.
Drowzee
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It can be found near ruins in the South.
Dugtrio
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It evolves from Diglett at level 26 and can be found in underground locations in the Northeast and Southwest of Paldea.
Dudunsparce
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. Dunsparce evolves into Dudunsparce when it levels up knowing the move Hyper Drill.
Dunsparce
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star and three star Tera Raid. It is a rare spawn that can be found in underground areas all around the map, specifically areas closer to Area Zero .

Eevee
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star or five star Tera Raid. It can be found in Area Two of South Province and Area Three of West Province.
Eiscue
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid and it can be found in the North of the map in the ocean and beach biomes.
Electrode
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It can be found in Area Three of West and East Province, and evolves from Voltorb at level 30.
Eeleketik
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It evolves from Tynamo at level 39 and can be found in the oceans around Paldea.
Eelektross
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star Tera Raid. It evolves from Eelektrik when you give it a Thunder Stone.
Espathra
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It can be found in mountain terrains in the North or Southwest of Paldea. It evolves from Flittle at level 35.
Espeon
To get an Espeon, raise your friendship level with an Eevee very high and then level it up during the day. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a six star Tera Raid.
F
Falinks
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star and five star Tera Raid. It can be found in Asado Desert, West Province Area One, or North Province Area Two.
Farigiraf
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star and six star Tera Raid. You can evolve Garifarig by leveling it up after learning the Twin Beam attack.
Fidough
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It likes to live near towns and cities, and can be found in the South Province.
Finneon
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star or two star Tera Raid, and it lives in the West Paldean sea.
Finizen
This Pokemon can be found in the ocean all around Paldea or in a three star Tera Raid.
Flaafy
Flaafy evolves from Mareep at level 15 and can be found in Area Six of South Province and Area Two of West Province. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star Tera Raid.
Flabébé
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It can be found in the South of the map, living near flowers.
Flamigo
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It can be found in the South and East of Paldea, but is particularly common near Casseroya Lake.
Flareon
Using a Fire Stone on an Eevee will give you a Flareon. There’s a chance of it spawning in a six star Tera Raid.
Flapple
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star Tera Raid. It evolves from Applin when you give it a Tart Apple.
Fletchinder
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star Tera Raid. It can be found in South Province Area Four and Five, and West Province Area Three. It evolves from Fletchling at level 17.
Fletchling
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid. It can be found in South Province Area One and Area Two.
Flittle
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It is found near mountains all across the map but is particularly common in the Southwest area of Paldea.
Floatzel
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It evolves from Buizel at level 26 and can be found near beaches all around the map.
Floette
It evolves at level 19 from Flabébé and can be found near flowers and grass in the North and South of the map.
Floragato
This pokemon evolves from Sprigatito at level 16. If you did not pick Sprigatito as your starter, you can obtain this Pokemon by trading with a friend.
Florges
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star Tera Raid. It evolves when you give a Shiny Stone to Floette and can be found near flowers in North Province.
Flutter Mane
Flutter Mane is an end game, Scarlet exclusive that can be captured by players when they enter the Great Crater of Paldea after completing the main storylines.
Foonguss
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid. It can be found in Tagtree Thicket or to the South of Casseroya Lake.
Fomantis
This pokemon can be found in Tagtree Thicket, South Province, or in a one star Tera Raid.
Forrettress
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It evolves from Pineco at level 31 and lives near Casseroya Lake.
Fraxure
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It evolves from Axew at level 38 and can be found in Glaseado Mountain or North Province Area One.
Frigibax
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star Tera Raid. It lives in Glaseado Mountain.
Frosmoth
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star and six star Tera Raid. It evolves from Snom when its friendship level is high and it is night time. It can be found in Glaseado Mountain or near Casseroya Lake, preferring biomes with lots of snow.
Froslass
This Pokemon can be found in Glaseado Mountain or in a five star Tera Raid. It evolves from Snorunt when it is given a Dawn Stone.
Fuecoco
Fuecoco is one of the starter Pokemon for this generation. If you did not pick it as your starter, you can get it by trading with another player.

Gabite
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It evolves from Gible at level 24.
Gallade
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid. Giving a Dawn Stone to a male Kirlia evolves it into Gallade. Gallade can also be found in Glaseado Mountain or Area Six of South Province as a rare spawn.
Garchomp
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid. It evolves from Gabite at level 48.
Gardevoir
This Pokemon evolves from Kirlia at level 30 and can be found in Glaseado Mountain or a five star or six star Tera Raid.
Garganacl
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid. It evolves from Naclstack at level 38.
Gastly
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid. It can be found at night in mountains, mines, or ruins in the East, South, and West of the map.
Gastrodon
Shellos evolves into Gastrodon at level 30. It can be found on the beach in the Northeast of the map or sometimes in a four star Tera Raid.
Gengar
There is the chance of getting a Gengar from a five star or six star Tera Raid. Haunter evolves into Gengar when it is traded.
Gholdengo
This Pokemon evolves from Gimmighoul when you collect 999 golden coins. These can be found in the world or obtained when you defeat a wild Gimmighoul.
Gible
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star Tera Raid. It can be found in Area Six of South Province, and in Areas One and Two of West Province.
Gimmighoul
This Pokemon has two key forms. It can be found in Area Three of South and West Province, and in the Asado Desert. It likes to live near ruins.
Girafarig
This Pokemon can appear in West Province Area Two or in a three star Tera Raid.
Glaceon

This is a Pokemon Violet exclusive that can only be accessed after completing the main storylines. Iron Moth can be found near the first Research Outpost in Area Zero.
Iron Thorns
This is a Pokemon Violet exclusive that can only be accessed after completing the main storylines. Iron Thorns can be found in Area Zero, usually spawning near the first Research Outpost.
Iron Treads
This is a Pokemon Violet exclusive that can only be accessed after completing the main storylines. It is a very common spawn in the greater Crater of Paldea, and will appear all over.
Iron Valiant
This is a Pokemon Violet exclusive that can only be accessed after completing the main storylines. It’s a somewhat rare spawn in Area Zero.
Head to Research Outpost one to start, and use Miraidon to glide in the direction of the nearby waterfall. When you land, go towards the huge nearby tree and keep walking. There will be a small gap in the rockface behind it, which you’ll be able to go into. You’ll find Iron Valiant in this secret cavern when it spawns.

Jigglypuff
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid. You can get a Jigglypuff by raising your friendship with an Igglybuff, or by checking near towns in South Province Area Two and West Province Area Three.

Polteageist (both forms)
Polteageist evolves from Sinistea and there are two distinct forms of it. The form you end up with depends on hether you found an ‘authentic’ Sinistea with a seal on it or whether you found a ‘counterfeit’ Sinistea with no seal on it.
If you ended up with a rare Sinistea, you need to give it the Cracked Pot to evolve. The common Sinistea needs a Chipped Pot to evolve.

Riolu is a rare spawn that can be found in Area Four of South Province and there’s a chance of it spawning in a three star Tera Raid too.
Roaring Moon
Roaring Moon is a Scarlet exclusive and can be found in the Greater Crater of Paldea. It’s an end game Pokemon.
To find it, head to Research Base One and journey towards the nearby waterfall. This will take you to a clearing in the middle of the crater, with a big tree near some rocks. There’s a small entrance in the rockface behind the tree, which you can go into. This secret cave with a waterfall is the only place Roaring Moon will spawn.
Rockruff
Rockruff lives in mountain biomes in the West of Paldea and can be found in one star Tera Raids.
Rolycoly
Rolycoly can be found in Area Three of East Province and it can spawn in a two star Tera Raid.
Rookidee
Rookidee can be found in Eastern Paldea and it can also be found in a one star Tera Raid.
Rotom
Rotom can be found in Area Two of East and West Province, and it can spawn in a four star or five star Tera Raid.
Rufflet

Tarountula can be found hanging out in tree branches in the Southern part of Paldea and can spawn in a one star Tera Raid.
Tatsugiri (all versions)
There are three types of Tatsugiri, which are called Stretchy, Droopy, and Curly. They’re all different colors and have different meanings, and you can find all three versions in and around Casseroya Lake.
This Pokemon often teams up with Dondozo, using its Commander ability and mimicking a piece of sushi.

Tauros (all versions)
There are three types of Tauros in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. There are Paldean Tauros which exist in both games, Fire Tauros which are exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet, and Water Tarous which are exclusive to Pokemon Violet.
The regular Tauros can be found in East Province Areas One and Two.
The Fire and Water types are considered rare spawns, but will also show up in East Province Areas One and Two if you hunt for long enough. They’re easy to spot, due to their unique markings, so there isn’t much of a chance that you’ll run past one.

Teddiursa
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid. Teddiursa likes being near trees and can be found in East Province Areas One and Two.
Ting-Lu
Ting-Lu is one of the Ruinous legendary Pokemon, and it lives in the Green Shrine. The Green Shrine is found in Socorrat Trail in Lake Casseroya.
There are 8 green Ominous Stakes located around the map that you’ll need to pull up in order to open up the Green Shrine and battle Ting-Lu.
Tinktatink
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a two star Tera Raid. It can be found living in ruins in the Southern half of the map.
Tinkaton
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a five star and six star Tera Raid. It evolves from Tinkatuff at level 38.
Tinkatuff
This Pokemon can spawn in a three star Tera Raid. It evolves from Tinkatink at level 24 and can be found living near ruins in the Northern half of the map, specifically near Glaseado Mountain.
Toedscool
Toedscool can be found in foresty areas, particularly in the South East of the map, and can also be found near Casseroya Lake. It can appear in a one star Tera Raid.
Toedscruel
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star and six star Tera Raid. It evolves from Toedscool at level 30 and can be found in Casseroya Lake.
Torkoal
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star and six star Tera Raid. It can be found as a rare spawn in East Province Area Three.
Toxapeck
Toxapeck evolves from Mareanie at level 38 and can spawn in a six star Tera Raid. It can be found in any watery or beach environment, but it’s best to look along the coasts of the map and check out the different Paldean seas.
Toxel
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It lives exclusively in South Province Area Four. It’s worth catching multiple, as the nature of your Toxel will impact which evolution you can get from it.
Toxicroak
Toxicroak evolves from Croagunk at level 37 and can be found around Casseroya Lake. It can spawn in a four star Tera Raid.
Toxtricity (both versions)
The Toxtricity form that you get (Amped or Low Key) depends on the nature of the Toxel that you catch. It evolves at level 30 and lives in Southwest Paldea.

Tropius
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a four star Tera Raid. It lives in West Province Area Three and Casseroya Lake.
Tsareena
To evolve a Steenee into Tsareena, you will need to teach it the move Stomp which it learns at level 29. Once it knows this move, you can level it up and it will evolve. It can spawn randomly in a five star Tera Raid.
Tynamo
Tynamo can appear in a one star Tera Raid. It lives in the North, South, and West Paldean sea.
Tyranitar
This Pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a six star Tera Raid. It evolves from Pupitar at level 55.
U
Umbreon
To get Umbreon, you need to raise its friendship level high and level up Eevee at night. You can do this with the Let’s Go feature, with picnics, or by keeping it happy during battles. There’s a chance of it spawning in a six star Tera Raid.
Ursaring
Ursaring evolves from Teddiursa at level 30 and can spawn in a four star Tera Raid. It can be found in the wild in Glaseado Mountain or Area One and Two of North Province.
V
Vaporeon
Eevee evolves into Vaporeon when you use a Water Stone on it and it can spawn in a six star Tera Raid.
Varoom
Varoom lives in Area Three of East Province and can spawn in a two star Tera Raid.
Veluza
Veluza can be found in the Western Paldean sea, Casseroya Lake, or in a four star Tera Raid.
Venomoth
This Pokemon evolves from Venonat at level 31, and it can be found in North Province Area Two, Tagtree Thicket, and in a three star Tera Raid. It can only be found at night.
Venonat
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a one star Tera Raid. It can be found in Area Three of South Province, Area One and Two of East Province, and Tagtree Thicket. It prefers the night time and likes being near trees.

Vespiquen evolves from a female Combee at level 21 and it can sometimes show up in a four star Tera Raid. Vespiquen can be found in South Province Area Two and North Province Areas One to Three.
Vigoroth
This Pokemon evolves from Slakoth at level 18 and can be seen in a four star Tera Raid. It can be found in the wild in South Province Area Five, West Province Area Three, and Glaseado Mountain.
Vivillon

It evolves from Barboach at level 30 and can spawn in a four star Tera Raid. It lives in lakes in the North, East, and West areas of the map.
Wo-Chien
Wo-Chien lives behind the purple shrine in Area One of the South Province, at the bottom of a cliff. There are 8 purple Ominous Stakes to pull out, located around the map. Pulling out all 8 stakes will open up the shrine.
Wooper (Paldean form)
Wooper can be found in lakes and swamps in the South province and sometimes in a one star Tera Raid.
Wugtrio
This Pokemon evolves from Wiglett at level 26 and can be found in a four star Tera Raid. It lives on the beaches in the North of the map.
Y
Yungoos
Yungoos can be found in the East, South, and West areas of the map, preferring to be in caves. It can also spawn in a one star Tera Raid.
Z
Zangoose
There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star or four star Tera Raid. It spawns in Area Five of South Province.
Zoroa
Zoroa disguises itself as other Pokemon in the wild and can be found near trees in the Tagtree Thicket or West Province. There is the chance of this Pokemon spawning in a three star Tera Raid.
Zoroak
Zoroak evolves from Zoroa at level 30, prefers being near trees, and can be found North of Casseroya lake or in a five star Tera Raid. It disguises itself as other Pokemon in the wild.
Zweilous
