How to Use Poison Cloud

Poison Cloud is a unique line of sight blocking ability because you can set it up before any engagement happens. It also deals damage when the enemies enter but they slowly regain their health back after exiting. The downside is that it only has one charge and you have to pick it up if you want to relocate the Poison Cloud.

It can be reactivated more than once depending on how much fuel you have left. One of the unique ways of using Poison Cloud is by doing ‘one way smokes’ and it can be hard to pull off.

It might take a few attempts before you can get the canister stuck inside the pillar. You cannot set this up during the buying phase of the round so be careful when trying to do it more than once in a round.

Once you have perfected the timing, you can easily stop rushes to the B Site of Split. The trick here is that you have to be further away from the Poison Cloud from the enemy so the angle lets you see their feet while they will not be able to see you.

How to Use Toxic Screen

Toxic Screen is one of the best zoning ability in the game because of the range and how it can go through walls. It takes a while before the whole Toxic Screen goes off.

The video shows a great Toxic Screen placement. It blocks popular angles in defending the A Site on Split. It can lessen how many utilities your team have to use when taking the site.

It can also act as an area splitter because of how long the wall can go. You can split sites into half and your team can cover less angles or focus on attacking one side. This is the same strategy from Phoenix’s Blaze that Viper can perform better.

How to Use Snake’s Bite

Snake’s Bite is used to check for corners or stop people from pushing an area. While it deals damage, it also increases damage taken on enemies affected by the Snake’s Bite. It has 2 charges and can be used along with her other abilities to completely control a whole site.

How to Use Viper’s Pit

Viper’s Pit is one of Viper’s signature abilities when taking over sites. She can completely cover the entire site in her pit and force the enemy to fight in it on retakes.

Viper’s Pit increases in size if you are inside it and decreases back in size if you leave it. Be careful because enemies cannot die from the poison while inside the Viper’s Pit.
