Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV, most commonly known in the internet community as Dr DisRespect, is a very popular 1982-born internet personality and streamer from America.

After infamously and mysteriously getting banned from the popular streaming platform Twitch, Beahm returned to streaming on August 7, 2020 on YouTube where his concurrent viewers peaked at more than 510,000.

Today, he streams on YouTube and actively plays Warzone along with a few other games from time to time, although Warzone is probably the reason you’re here today.

In this blog post, we’ll take a look at Dr DisRespect’s Warzone settings as well as the current gaming peripherals that he uses. We will take a look at his headset, monitor, microphone, mouse, keyboard, and everything else that we find relevant.

Keyboard

DrDisRespect currently uses the ROCCAT Vulcan 121, which is one of the best mechanical keyboards for gaming on the market today. If you are into RGB lights, you will also be very impressed by this gaming peripheral.

Mouse

A great keyboard without a great mouse simply won’t do you any good. DrDisrespect is currently using the ROCCAT Burst Pro. As you could tell, he is sponsored by ROCCAT.

Though he gets paid to represent the brand, ROCCAT peripherals are fantastic for both entry-level and pro Warzone players.

As for the mouse pad, he uses ROCCAT’s popular Sense Aimo, which measures ‎14.65″ (L) x 13.39″ (W) x 1.1″ (H), giving you plenty of space regardless of how low your sensitivity is.

Monitor

As for his monitor, he uses the Samsung Odyssey G7 27, which is a QHD 2560x1440p 27-inch monitor with a refresh rate of 240 Hz and response time of only 1ms. This monitor is one of the best on the market.

Headset

DrDisRespect is currently using the wireless Turtle Beach Elite Atlas Aero. This peripheral is not only comfortable, and great in regards to performance, but also hosts a battery that lasts up to 30 hours, which is perfect for those long streaming sessions that Herschel is a big fan of.

Microphone

Like other streamers and pro players such as Scump and JoeWo, DrDisRespect too makes use of the Shure SM7B. It has become one of, if not the most popular gaming and streaming microphones on the market today.

You can get the Shure SM7B for just under $400.

And last but not least, we have DrDisRespect’s microphone stand, which keeps his Shure SM7B in place. He is currently using the RODE PSA 1 for this.

Using the key binds and mouse sensitivity of someone that is doing better in Warzone than yourself can be the best thing you’ll do for your progression as a player. It is important to mention that what works for DrDisRespect doesn’t mean it will work for you – or not quite yet as you’ll need to get used to those new settings.

One great way to improve as a player is to also upgrade certain parts of your gaming setup. For example, if you are currently using a 60Hz monitor, it would make a huge difference if you upgrade to 240 Hz or even 144 Hz.
